Christians Don’t Cry (Book Excerpt from: “New Beginnings” – written by Pastor Alfred)

Jeremiah 31:16 KJV
Thus saith the Lord ; Refrain thy voice from weeping, and thine eyes from tears: for thy work shall be rewarded, saith the Lord ; and they shall come again from the land of the enemy.

Christians don’t cry.
Tears are not for believers in Jesus.
Crying is a demonstration of your lack of faith. It is saying that you don’t believe God is big enough or powerful enough to help you. If you do, then it means you don’t believe that God loves you.
The bible makes it clear that God is all powerful. It also makes it clear that God loves you.

For you to cry means that you do not believe what the bible says.
Your problem is a faith problem.
A faith problem is a lack of the word problem.
You need to get the word of God within you and get every lie out of your system.
Isaiah said, “who has believed our report.”

Isaiah 53:1 KJV
Who hath believed our report? and to whom is the arm of the Lord revealed?

You have to believe God’s report.
You have to believe God’s word. You have to put God’s word above what the doctor says, above what the news media says, above what the professors say in schools, above everything that anyone or anything in the world says.
As the scripture says, let God be true and every man a liar
You have to get to that point where you believe that God’s word is true and that anything else that is contrary to it is a lie.
When you accept God’s word how can you cry. When you believe God’s word is true how can tears comes to your eyes when the creator of the world is in your corner.
What can bring tears to your eyes when you are the apple of God’s eyes.
The only tears that are permitted to roll down a Christian’s cheeks are tears of joy.
We do not cry in the face of adversity; we stand strong on the word but if you do not have the word you have nothing to stand on.
The word of God has never failed. God has never failed. There is nothing big enough that can defeat God or make him fail.
If you abide in him and he abides in you, you become one with him so any enemy of yours is an enemy of God. Anything trying to oppose you is trying to oppose God so what are its chances of its success.
All that is required of you is your faith and obedience. If these two things are checked you would come out in victory every time.
